Preface:

This instruction sheet will tell you how to login to submit a trouble ticket when you are having a problem with your computer or internet access.

Step 1:


Go to http://help.northbabylonschools.net

Step 2:


Type in your username and password and click "Submit"

 

Step 3:


Click on "Submit Trouble Ticket"

 

Step 4:


Fill in the information for Problem Area, Building, Room Number and a Description of the Problem.

Step 5:


To submit the trouble ticket, click on "Submit Ticket"

Step 6:


Click "Logout" to finish
